    These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Steadi (the “Services”), operated by Itito Strategies LLC (“we” or “us”). By using our Services, you agree to these terms.


    1. Overview of Services

    Steadi is an automation platform designed to help businesses grow their online reviews and reputation. Services include automated review requests, AI responses, social media content creation, and CRM tools. While built for local service businesses, any industry can use Steadi.


    2. Client Responsibilities

    To use our Services, you agree to:

    A) Accurate Information

    Provide accurate business details for proper setup.

    B) Customer Permission

    You must have lawful permission to text and email the contacts you upload.

    C) Quality of Service

    Your review results depend on the actual service you provide to your customers.

    D) Regular Uploads

    For best results, consistently add new customer contacts.

    E) Lawful Use

    Use Steadi in compliance with all applicable privacy and messaging laws.


    3. Subscription, Pricing & Payments

    A) Plans

    Subscriptions are billed monthly, typically between $99 and $300.

    B) Messaging Costs

    You cover third-party SMS and email pass-through fees (usually under $10/month).

    C) Payments

    We accept major credit and debit cards.

    D) Late Payments

    Unpaid accounts may be suspended.

    E) Refunds

    Payments are non-refundable, except at our discretion for technical errors.


    4. Free Trial (14 Days)

    We offer a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, your paid subscription begins automatically.


    5. Cancellation

    Cancel anytime by emailing support@ititostrategies.com. Please cancel at least 24 hours before your billing date to avoid future charges.


    6. Limitations & No Guarantees

    We do not guarantee specific review counts, star ratings, Google rankings, or revenue growth. Results depend on your service quality, customer willingness to leave reviews, list accuracy, and Google's own filtering systems.


    7. Google Policies

    We support ethical review generation. Steadi does not block or filter negative reviews, as this violates Google policies. We cannot control Google's review publishing process.


    8. Customer Support

    Support is available via email during normal business hours. We strive to respond promptly.


    9. Data Privacy & Security

    A) Data Use

    We use uploaded customer data strictly to operate the service. We never sell or rent it.

    B) Providers

    We use platforms like GoHighLevel and Zapier to process data as needed.

    C) Privacy Policy

    Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


    10. Termination

    Your platform access ends upon cancellation. You may request a CSV export of your customer list before terminating.


    11. Governing Law

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of Michigan. Disputes will be resolved in Wayne County, Michigan.


    12. SMS Consent (Customer Care)

    By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS updates and support notices from us. Message/data rates apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.


    13. SMS Consent (Marketing)

    By providing your number, you consent to receive marketing SMS messages. Opt-in data is never sold. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
