Billing Information
We do not store full billing card information on Steadi servers. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment provider.
Customer Data You Upload or Integrate
Steadi may collect and store customer information that you provide or connect through integrations. This may include:
A) Customer names, Phone numbers, Email addresses, Appointment/service information (if connected), Other CRM/contact details needed to operate messaging workflows.
This customer data is used to send review requests and related business messaging on your behalf.
B) Information Collected Through Integrations
Steadi may integrate with third-party tools (including booking platforms, POS systems, and CRMs). These integrations may automatically pull customer data into Steadi to help deliver the Services.
C) Diagnostic, Login, and Platform Data

Login activity, system performance information, service usage patterns, diagnostic data needed to support and improve Steadi. This helps us maintain platform performance and provide support.
2. How We Use Your Information

Steadi may share information only with trusted service providers when necessary to deliver or improve the Services. These providers are authorized to use your information only for the limited purpose of supporting Steadi.

Stripe (payment processing)
We may also use other providers to support hosting, email delivery, or platform functionality as required.
5. Payment Processing (Stripe)
Steadi does not store payment card information on its servers. All payment transactions are processed through Stripe.

6. Messaging and Customer Contact Consent
Steadi enables SMS and email messaging for review requests and related marketing campaigns. You acknowledge and agree that:
A) You are responsible for ensuring you have legal permission to contact all customer records you upload or integrate into Steadi.
B) You agree not to upload purchased, scraped, or unauthorized contact lists.
C) You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including messaging laws and privacy laws.
Steadi assumes that customer lists provided by clients have been lawfully collected and authorized for communication.
7. Your Choices
SMS opt out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in.
Email opt out
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.
Access and correction.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
